Why ? Rumkri You should be able to since you're bronze. Both new users and bronze should be able to rate other members for good advice. Only when you reach Silver will that option be removed. You sure it says that for other members as well? Maybe you've already voted for them in the past, seems odd it would say that for you.

You should be able to since you're bronze. Both new users and bronze should be able to rate other members for good advice. Only when you reach Silver will that option be removed. You sure it says that for other members as well? Maybe you've already voted for them in the past, seems odd it would say that for you.
