Lets say I want to create a landing page Xbox 360 Console , how do I get this image to show on a page of my site? I don't fully comprehend it, can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

The splash pages? When you're on the Refer New Users page and select the splash page you want to use, your referral links shown at the bottom automatically transform into the splash page referral link. Copy and paste the link once you've selected the one you want to use on your site.
