You can send in a ticket to the admin team to look into your order after it hasn't arrived at least 14 days of the order approving. It's best you go ahead and send in the ticket regarding your orders so they can look into it for you. To send a ticket to admin, go to the Support tab, click Support Ticket and then New Ticket. They'll get back to you in a few weekdays. Look at the average waiting response time to get a better estimate.
