Hi. If you want to order something, you will need to make sure you have enough points to cover any shipping costs there will be. You wouldn't have the option to pay for it out of pocket. Malaysia isn't one of the supported countries to order directly from the Reward Gallery, so you will need to send in a ticket and place a manual Amazon order if you want to purchase something. Make sure the seller ships to your country, and that you have enough points to cover extra shipping costs. To send a ticket, go to the Support tab, click Support Ticket , and then New Ticket. Set the problem as "Manual Amazon Order" and let the admin know what you want to order with your points. |
