When you go to the Verify Address page, that is to request a verification to be sent to your address. It's sent to your physical address, not email. Give it a few weekdays for your letter to be approved, and then it should arrive in the mail in a couple weeks. Be patient, you will get it. Congratulations on requesting your letter.

You can withdraw to your Paypal account at any time, no matter what honor level you are. There is a minimum of a $1 to cash out. As for the surveys, there are probably less advertisers in your area so that would mean less offer/survey opportunities for you to complete. Some of the surveys are looking for certain demographics so if you were disqualified, you just don't match what they're looking for.

You can try referring members to the site by promoting to earn: Become a Promoter The merits are for team competitions to compete in, which winning teams win cash. If you donate merits to a team, they only count for the current running contests so make sure you have enough to win with before donating. Try saving up a few thousand merits for a good amount. Don't worry about the questions, that's what we're here for.
