"Withdrawal Requested. An ERROR occurred when processing your withdrawal instantly. Please cancel your withdrawal and try again to see if this solves, or wait for the manual approval."

The admin do check the bugs forum often, so they will reply to it when they have time. Like the error message tells you either try waiting until later, or wait for the withdrawal to manually approve. You might have better luck getting it manually approved, but that can take 1-2 weekdays.
