Orders being denied 6 times in a row, used options. [Resolved]

My order was for a 3 month card via Amazon merchants. I used the recommended "100 points" options and even the "500 points" option but none of my orders have been approved. The farthest any of them has gone was to the "preparing" stage. I was wondering if there was a solution I should take to ensure these Amazon merchants would not change their prices every 5 mins. Thank you.

Because where one user has one item from a merchant "preparing" or "pending", the same item from the same merchant is still posted up on the gallery making it seem like the item is still available and not awaiting approval. To me this makes it confusing and frustrating for those who want to order an item but don't know if it's already claimed and awaiting approval by another P2S user.

Unfortunately if the item is still on Amazon, it will still appear in the Reward Gallery even if an order has been placed by another member from the same merchant. It would have to be bought on Amazon (or approved here, which is the same thing) for it to be removed from the Reward Gallery. Points2shop couldn't change that, since those results are straight from Amazon. You will just need to place your order again, and check the buy-options we have if the price happens to change before the order is approved. Also if you do happen to leave a comment when you're placing the order, the order can take longer to approve.

I was wondering how fast does P2S update it's reward gallery. Because where one user has one item from a merchant "preparing" or "pending", the same item from the same merchant is still posted up on the gallery making it seem like the item is still available and not awaiting approval.
