hi, i just attempted to redeem an amazon gift card from here and i got this message, This gift card claim code has been redeemed to another account. The amount on this gift card has already been applied to another account. this has never happened to me on this website, what can i do to resolve this issue? |

Send in a ticket to the admin team and explain it to them. They will replace it with a working code. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket, and click New Ticket. |

k thanks i sent in a support ticket, i hope they will give me a new code and if they dont i guess its not that big of a deal since i am not in a rush to buy anything but it would be an unfortunate disappointment |

I realize this is an old topic, but the same thing just happened to me the other day, and I also sent in a support ticket. I guess I just wanted to add to this page in case anyone is considering buying an Amazon gift card from here--save your points, just order the product directly. It's not worth the hassle. |
