i ordered my verification letter 4 days ago and is still pending. in next month my family is moving to some other place. can i get the verification letter within that period.

It should be there by the end of the month. Send in a support ticket explaining the situation just in case though.

Edit: One last thing, in case you didn't know where to find the support tickets, just put your mouse over the support tab (But don't click!) and it's in the top left corner.
