I can't complete any offers or play any games until I reach bronze status. And I'm trying to update my address so I can order something to verify myself. But the page just reloads with the same info. I don't see any error message. Any help would be very much appreciated.

So you're trying to add a different address than you currently have on your account information? If you've moved, you will want to let the admin aware of the move before changing the account information so you wouldn't have account issues over changing it. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket and click New ticket to send in a ticket.

Also you need to include your password each time you try to make a change to your account information, so make sure you have that field completed.

No. I don't have an address on my account. I'm trying to add one for the first time so I can order a prize and verify my account and move up to the bronze level.

Okay, and you are including your current password in that field? It's always required when making any change to your information. Make sure you have every field completed, address 2 being optional. If you're still having problems updating your information, you might have to send in a ticket to the admin anyway so they can help you get your account straightened out for you.

Thanks for all you help. But it doesn't have a space for me to enter my password. Just my addy, DOB, phone # and gender. Where exactly should I be looking to update my info.

No problem.You would go to the Account tab, and click the Edit Account link. Here you can edit your account information for P2S. It might look differently for you, possibly because you have yet to fill in your account information.

every time I click "complete registration" the same page reloads with all my info filled in and says "you just earned 250 points". Then it says "skip this step" in a green box.

Okay. It's hard to help with this problem, because I can't see exactly the problem. :\ I'd just suggest sending in a ticket if you can't get it to work and see if the admin can complete the information on your account. Include your details in the ticket.
