I payed first 10 points and that was ok. Than I tried again but this time I payed 30 points but the game got stuck and i couldn´t even play... And I wonder where my points are?.. And the 3rd time I tried again with 10 points and the game got stuck again :s And I know 40 isn´t alot but I have now 104 points.. And It was hard for me to get it.. I hope someone can help me?

If a game ever freezes on you, there should be a button at the bottom of the page giving you the option to get a refund for the game (before you close down the game). however this will also block you from playing paid games for one hour so use it at your own discretion. As for the games freezing, this may be a problem with your computer, if you feel it isn't then feel free to post a topic in the bugs thread and someone will look at it for you. And finally with the issue of the points you have lost. I do not believe there is a way for you to get them back. So unfortunately you are going to have to just persevere onwards Until you've solved the 'freezing games mystery' i'd advise you stay away from the games for a little bit and focus on other means of getting points (i.e. offers and surveys etc) Hope this helped you
