I can't order Anything [Resolved]

So i've tried to order stuff with my points i've earned. The first 4 orders failed because of some reasons. Then i tried to click in on the Merchants/Sellers to see if there was any of them. It resulted with ''Product cannot be found, this item is no longer available in Amazon or no merchants found this product!'' I've searched around for a half hour looking for any product but it all came out as the same result... Anyone knows what's going on? Because i surely don't... |

There seems to be an issue with some items saying this. This particular bug has already been reported in the bugs forum: Odd rewards error Also the country you're from, you do not have the option to order directly from the Reward Gallery itself. This is because the system could not determine shipping costs for the item. The only way you can order is by a manual order. Go to the Support tab, Support Ticket and click New ticket. Categorize the ticket as Manual Amazon Order. Make sure the seller you're wanting to order from ships to your country and that you have the extra points to cover any exta shipping costs there will be. |
