I think there may be an issue with my support ticket. i haven't got replay in 1 month, 19 hours.

Before you say be patient. I have been extremely patient for the last month with no replay. I was originally receiving replays within 1 or two days them suddenly they stooped.

Sorry I have made a thread before but that was only at 10 days and i feel that 1 month is well outside the 3 day average at the moment even if you take into account admin's might have weekends off. Thus i feel it warrants a new thread.

I cant cash out or do anything until my issue is solved so its getting pretty annoying.

Okay. That really is a long time having to wait for a reply. Make sure your support ticket isn't closed, because you wouldn't receive a reply back if it is. Also make sure you're not replying to your ticket more than once. Each new reply to the ticket resets the timer on the ticket, sending it to the end of the waiting tickets. You would be making the wait time longer if you're doing this.

I am 100% sure it is not closed nor has the timer been reset as the 1 month is taken straight of the timer. If i had replayed that 1 month would have been reset.

Should I perhaps start another support ticket with all the information from the first one on it or can the admin assigned to me be contacted to find out why i am not getting a replay?

No, you wouldn't want to start a new ticket on the same issue. Perhaps you could try making a new reply to the ticket you already have open, :\ Maybe that would help, but I'm not 100% sure though since I don't handle tickets.

Hmm ok ill try that even though that goes against everything i have been told up until now about how replaying just makes it longer :p
