My question is if that take some time to change or the offer i did dont count for that? Thanks for your time.

Styl0 Okay if you're still not being given the option to request the verification letter on the Verify Address page then try sending in a ticket to the admin and request it that way. Go to the Support tab, click Support ticket and then the New Ticket link. Explain there you're wanting to request a verification letter to verify your account with. You've earned enough in offers to request one.

Kind Regards " the link they gave me is the page to request a verification letter... looks like they dont read my ticket i really dont know what to do Sorry for bump this.

Just reply back to that ticket, explaining you've earned enough to get the verification letter but you don't have the option on that page to request it.
