Now it say : 3 days, 19 hours, 56 minutes and 33 seconds, but the time is increasing and decreasing and i want to know if the order is on the ride but it doesn't shows the tracking number.

The time is also only for if you ordered at this very moment, so just keep in mind that orders take about 1-3 weekdays to approve for shipment then you should get order details

This whole process can take 1 - 3 weekDays, weekends are not included. After you order has gone from Preparing to Approved, your item will be shipped normally as if you would order something through amazon yourself. The shipping varies on the distributor.
