Nakitanina If you were able to place the order, then that is not the issue. Shipping costs would have been added to the total in your shopping cart. If you didn't have the needed funds to cover the item costs, it would not have let the order go through. Go to the Spend Points tab and click Status of Orders. There will be a message there in bold about why your order denied. If the reason says something similar to "Please fix all account issues and try again", then your account now has account issues and you need to send in a ticket like Stijn suggested, if you have not already done so. Give the admin a few weekdays to review and reply to your ticket.

That message does in fact say you need to fix all issues and then try again. You need to send in a ticket to the admin to get the issues fixed, as we've suggested.
