If your order was denied, yes you will get your points back. If it's still pending, go to the Account tab and click Status of Orders. Delete the order. If you've already had the order approved and need a refund, send in a ticket. Go to the Support tab, click Support ticket and then click New Ticket. Explain to the admin why you need a refund and they'll get in contact with the seller.

you might be able to but you have to send in a ticket http://www.points2shop.com/tickets/index
and then points2shop will see if they can or not.

Ok, thanks i will wait a couple more days before i delete the order, it's still pending i was just curious if i could get my points back because it seems false

Okay. If the order is actually in the Pending status, you can delete the order on the Status of Orders page. You would get your points back automatically after deleting the order. If the order reaches the Preparing status, you will not have the option to delete the order and would have to contact the support team if you wanted to cancel the order which would take longer for them to contact the seller and get it sorted out.
