And the average waiting time keeps going up. Once it was one day then it was 3 days. How much longer is it? Also when the send it will the status of order say shipped?

It will rise and fall depending on if admin are working on approving the orders. Since your order has already approved, you do not need to worry about the time. Once all orders are approved and ready for shipment to your residence it will usually take about 1-3 weeks, give or take, to finally arrive. Since your order is from the low cost rewards, those usually tend be delivered in a longer period of time. Since it approved a week ago expect it on the second or third week to come.
