Minecraft Gift Code Reward Invalid (Resolved)

When I got around to putting it in the redeem area on the Minecraft website, it showed the error 'Invalid gift code or already used'. I sent in a support ticket over a week ago with no response. Has this happened to anybody else?

Look on the Support Ticket page for the current waiting time on tickets. Make sure you're not replying multiple times on your ticket, since each new reply would reset the timer and make your waiting time longer. No, I personally haven't had this problem but I'm confident the admin will work it out for you. Just have some patience.

The average waiting time is almost 4 days. I haven't replied at all to my support ticket...just sent in the first message and have been waiting.

Minecraft isn't currently in the Reward Gallery. You can read here why: http://www.cashle.com/topic/120725/Wheres-my-Minecraft/1

You could earn in cash and withdraw it to one of the methods available for now.
