I unchecked the highly recommended 100 points thing and when i go to press the "PURCHASE REWARDS WITH POINTS" it does not work nothing loads up and its still on the shopping cart page its like im clicking on a blank thing on my screen i have refreshed the screen multiple times i even removed and found the item to add to my shopping cart again and it still did not work i really need this by next friday what do I do please help.

If you cannot get it to work try sending in a manual order ticket. An admin said that they are gonna try to have reward gallery fully functional by or on Friday (tomorrow).

If you have the item in your cart, then it's not the Reward Gallery problem that is affecting you being able to order. Either you do not have enough to order with shipping added, or again like I said negative cash. If you have negative cash, you cannot place an order again until you get it back into a positive balance. Try completing offers on Cashle platform if this is your problem, and earn cash.
