Since this topic is resolved im now going to lock this topic as we cant really help you with anything else other than you needed to wait for a response.

Do remember that admin to not work on weekends to answer tickets and also its the holiday season! Things are a lot busier in these times as im sure you know. The reward gallery was down and needed to be fixed as well. With black Friday and cyber Monday as well admin were working all day to try and get everyones orders to approve for the deals. Be patient, admin WILL give you a reply so you can send your form to the right address to be able to withdraw again. But be mindful of all the other things happening around right now, ok? :)
