Not sure if Email gift card will be in email? [Resolved]

Hey, i ordered an email gift card form itunes ($15) and i was wondering if since i wasnt a bronze level (New User) if it would be emailed? I did not receive an error message saying it would not be emailed just an estimated delivery date. I was just wondering, if since i am not bronze level, if i will receive my prize by mail or email? or will it ship at all? |

No you would not get it emailed. The order would deny if you tried placing an emailed gift card. You have to order something shipped to your physical address first to get Bronze, and then you could order items from the Gift Card section of the Reward Gallery. If the order is still in the Pending status, delete the order and you will get the points back so you don't have to wait for it to deny. If it's preparing though, you're not able to delete that order and would have to wait for it to deny. |

Thanks, i deleted the order and got my points back. Do you know if i have to wait for the physical item to arrive in the mail or if I will be able to order the gift card before it gets to me? |

You're welcome. No, you don't have to wait for the order to arrive at your house. Once your order has been approved by the admin team, which can take 1-3 weekdays, then you would have the requirement for Bronze and would be upgraded. Once you're bronze, you could order gift cards from the gift card section. I'm going to mark your topic as Resolved now.
