Give it a little more time (Say till about wednesday) If it does not arrive by then, send in a support ticket. Edit: Additionally, it is near the holidays and more people are ordering things. So things might slow down until about after Christmas.

As stated above, you will need to wait upwards of 2 weeks. There is no tracking available for it at this time. After 2 weeks have passed from the day it approved, you can submit a support team ticket for further investigation.
