Hey, so i have been trying to order an item to allow me to get bronze status. Its one of the low cost items that are about 100points. However each time i order, it is denied and does not state the reason why it was denied.
It says Your order was denied for the following reason:
Please fix these issues. I have sent in a ticket but have not heard anything. Is there anything i can do to maybe solve this problem? Thank you
PS. Each time i ordered i switched the item just in case the item was discontinued.

If you have account issues, the only way to solve it is by sending in a ticket and sorting it out with the admin. When did you send the ticket?

Okay, the only way to get the problem fixed is through the ticket like Emily said. First off, make sure you're not replying several different times to your open ticket. You may not realize it, but every new reply added to the ticket will reset the timer on the ticket, and cause you to wait longer for a reply back because it sends the ticket to the end of the waiting list. Also another thing to keep in mind is that some admins to take off days over the weekend so you were less likely to get a reply during it. Don't include it in your waiting time.

Go to the Account tab, click Support Ticket and you can see the current estimated time it can take to receive a reply back to your ticket to give you a good idea when you will be replied to. About the only thing we can tell you to help you with the problem is to tell you to be patient and wait for the admin handling your problem, not much else we can do for you.
