I sent my filled W-9 form via pdf to promotion@points2shop.com through email and was wondering if thats the right place, and how long will it take for my account to be back to normal?

If that's where you were told to send it to, then it would be the right place. As for how long it could take to go back to normal, that would depend on when the administrator gets to your support ticket and looks into the issue. Be patient, they will get to yours.

I hope thats the right place, where would I go about sending the pdf attachment to if its not? All its said when I tried to cashout was I need to send a W-9 form, so I searched points2shop W-9,the forums came up and it said something about sending it to the promotion thing so thats what I did.

Ps I cant send pdf through the ticket system, or at least I dont know how to anyway.

Yeah, you couldn't send it through a support ticket. You might want to let the admin know you have sent in the information though so they know about your account issues, through a ticket. Not sure if it isn't necessary, but I will recommend you do this anyway.

My ticket has not been answered and its been over 8 days sense I sent it in, and the average wait time is only 3 days supposedly.

Keep in mind that the administrators do tend to take off days over the weekend, so do not include it in your waiting time. Also do not send in several different replies to your one open ticket. Each new reply updates the timer, sending it to the end of the waiting list. If you're doing that, you're making the waiting time longer for a reply back. You're just gonna have to wait and be patient until they get to your ticket. It will not be overlooked.
