I know the offers may i just want to know if points2shop itself will send junk mail. (Sorry if this has been posted by someone else like i said i am new and did not look through the whole forum).

The only time they will send you something is if its the item or check you requested. They have too many people joining to send mail to anyone. Why would they anyway? You've already joined.
