Help with shipping at check out [Resolved]

Im trying to check out, But when I get to the view cart screen the shipping just keeps loading without a cost. Then the screen refreshes over and over. Its done this for 2 days now. See below for what it says. On my screnn to the right of the Being calculated sentence is a wheel that just keeps downloading. Any help? Yeah, this problem happens sometimes but mostly for CA members. What you need to do is before the page refreshes, quickly click the button to check out with your points. It should give you the right shipping total, but if it doesn't then you would get a refund for the price difference. http://www.points2shop.com/topic/108452/Help-please/1 |

Yeah, no problem. 
As the admin said in that topic I posted, it's a bug that's hard to fix but they hope to find a solution to fix it. I'm sure they have it on their to-do list to get fixed. |
