If I ordered some Walmart gcs, do you think would they get here before Thanksgiving? :)

It can take a few weekdays to approve, look on the Status of Orders page for the current waiting time on orders. Then it could take like a week afterward to arrive, so it's really hard to say if they would or not. :\ It might come a few days after Thanksgiving.
