Just got a message saying my money sent to my PayPal has been denied because of the use of proxies etc. I haven't used a proxy but have been on Cashle all day at my College. I replied to the support ticket, what can I do next? :S |

Yeah, the reasons for account issues isn't always for proxy use though. That message for account issues will just give a few examples of why you could possibly have account issues. You can read the stickied topic here about common problems: http://www.cashle.com/topic/14523/If-youve-received-a-message-from-the-administrators-READ-THIS-FAQ-FIRST-before-making-a-new-topic-Updated-0715/1 Like Silentfire suggested, just wait for a reply back from the admin about your account and they will ask questions and try to help resolve the problems that was caused. A response back can take a few weekdays, look on the current waiting time in the ticket area to get an estimate. Don't include weekends because the admin take breaks then. Also, remember not to reply to your ticket several times because each reply will reset the timer and send it to the end of the waiting list! lol I always have to throw that in there because a lot of members will reply a lot of times and wonder why it's taking a long time to get a reply back.
So don't do that.
I'll mark your topic as Resolved now. |
