My support ticket is not getting replayed to. First it didn't get a replay for 12 days (well outside the 4 day average). So i replayed again. Now i am on day 5. Outside the 4 day average again. And NO I haven't closed it by accident and yes I had already been assigned an admin to deal with it. Things where going well with 5 or 6 replays between me and the admin all with only 2 or 3 days waiting time. Now this. Honestly my account issue was literately about to be resolved but i cant as i am not getting any replay. Sorry but this is very frustrating because my account issue is stopping me from using my account fully and i am getting annoyed at waiting so long right when my issue was about to be sorted. |

Hey there, As you replied to your ticket again, you reset the time and caused the waiting time to be even longer. Do not reply to your ticket again if it's unnecessary. It will bump the ticket to the end of the waiting list, and you're just making the time for your account issues to be resolved to take longer than it could have been. Wait for the admin handling your ticket to reply first before you reply again. Don't worry, they will get to your ticket so it won't go overlooked. Keep in mind that the admin do tend to take off days over the weekend so they're less likely to reply during that time. Don't count those in your waiting time. |
