when i go to 'spend points' section it comes up in a yellow box saying account issues resolve this problem and i cant do anything just a yellow box comes up with lots of text ?

Then you have account issues. You already know this according to your Support topic made. http://www.points2shop.com/topic/111823/annoying-Resolved/1 Like mentioned in that topic, account issues are not handled in the forums. You're gonna have to send in a ticket if you haven't already, or reply to one if they're awaiting a response from you. There isn't anything anyone in the forum could help you with this problem.
