And I can't click on the progress first name adress etc, so I can't enter it in Help me?

Make sure you fill out all fields on that page, the Address 2 field being optional. Once you've filled that information out, then go back to the Status of Orders page under Spend Points and that space should be updated with your information. If it isn't, then I'd suggest canceling the order and then re-ordering it after completing your information on your account.
