That is why you have account issues, so that does have to do with your account. You're just gonna have to be patient, be honest and cooperative with them and it'll go smoothly. lol They will get to your support ticket, you're just gonna need some patience while they work through the tickets and reach yours. Make sure you're not replying several times to your ticket, because each new reply would reset the timer on the time and send it to the end of the waiting list. Remember that.
