Okay recently I placed an order for 4785 points...2-3 days later I came on and it says order cancelled?! i mean what?!

"Please fix all issues then try your order again."

what issues exactly?

Account issues arose when they checked your account before placing the order. Go to the Support tab, and click on Support Ticket. Send in a New Ticket if you do not already have one open from the admin team. Ask them what problems you have and you'd like to get them resolved. Give the admin a few weekdays to get back to you, and remember not to reply several different times to your ticket. Each new reply to the ticket resets the timer, sending it back to the end of the waiting list.

Like I mentioned in my previous post, give it a few weekdays to receive a reply back from the admin team. They tend to take off days over the weekend so you're less likely to get a reply then. Looking at the Support Tickets area, the current waiting time for a response is 4 days and that wouldn't include the weekend. Be patient, and they will get back to your ticket. Tickets do not go overlooked.
