Okay recently I placed an order for 4785 points...2-3 days later I came on and it says order cancelled?! i mean what?! "Please fix all issues then try your order again." what issues exactly? |

Account issues arose when they checked your account before placing the order. Go to the Support tab, and click on Support Ticket. Send in a New Ticket if you do not already have one open from the admin team. Ask them what problems you have and you'd like to get them resolved. Give the admin a few weekdays to get back to you, and remember not to reply several different times to your ticket. Like I mentioned in my previous post, give it a few weekdays to receive a reply back from the admin team. They tend to take off days over the weekend so you're less likely to get a reply then. Looking at the Support Tickets area, the current waiting time for a response is 4 days and that wouldn't include the weekend. Be patient, and they will get back to your ticket. Tickets do not go overlooked. |
