My Support ticket hasn't been replayed to for 9 days yet the average is 5 days.

What is the status of your ticket? Maybe theyre waiting for a reply for you. I heard that there is a holdup with the tickets because the admins are busy so just be patient :)

A common mistake some users do is reply to the ticket more than once. Make sure you dont reply because that pushes the ticket back.

And if your ticket has been assigned to a specific admin, maybe that particular admin has more tickets than others or is just busy.

Not only the things chevybow mentioned, but the administrator team does take off days over the weekend so you're less likely to get a response on your support ticket then. Don't include those days in your waiting time. I assure you your ticket won't go unanswered, you're just gonna need to be patient until the admin get to yours.
