I ordered 2 products (one was to verify my address and the other a gift card via email) and my waiting time for receiving the items has continued to climb upwards. Any ideas as to why this is happening?

Hey there. That estimated approval time is for all orders on the site, and not just your one order personally. Yes, it is normal to see that time float up and down. Give your order 1-3 weekdays to approve.

That emailed order will probably deny for you. You need to already be a Bronze member to order and have one approved. Wait until your first order approves before ordering an emailed item.
