Thats the most ridiculous thing ive ever heard of . I have done offers like this for other site but never had i have to become a certain ranking just to order something. The rules for that is messed up. If you dont like what im saying go ahead and report me. This is so stupid.

Yes, you do have to be a bronze member. This is just a precaution so members have to verify their address with an item that will be sent to their physical address, and emailed items will not verify it. You cannot get something emailed until you're Bronze. There is not a way around that.
