Yes, this was a problem for the US and UK members both. You can read more about the problem in this topic: http://www.points2shop.com/topic/110560/Rewards-gallery-for-UK-currently-does-not-show-products/1 . If you read the message from admin that was sent out today, you will read they've gotten a temporary system up to where you could still order, but there is a few flaws in it. All orders will appear with the same shipping costs, so you might be paying too much for it. Leave in the comments box if shipping is cheaper than it appears, and that you want a refund. |
