I'm looking to get myself a free Runescape Membership Card. If you tried ordering something emailed off Amazon, it wouldn't be sent to your email because P2S is the one ordering it off Amazon so it would be sent to them and the admin would have no idea who the email belongs to. I'm not sure if you even have anything available in the Gift Cards section in your country. Anyway, to get Bronze you would have to earn $2 worth in offers or referral at least 50 members to the site. After you have reached one of these two requirements, you can send in a Support Ticket under the Account tab and request a verification letter be sent to your physical address. Like I said though, I doubt you have any emailed gift cards available for you in your country. You would probably have better luck earning cash, withdraw it, and then just buy it yourself.
