Amazon has a system that allows websites like ours to show all Amazon products on external websites. Due to changes on their end this system (in tech terms called an API) no longer communicates with the Points2shop system correctly. Their old system was supposed to be working until February 2012 so we would have plenty of time to modify our system to show all products correctly on points2shop again. Unfortunately it seems they did take the old system down earlier than expected and without prior notification. We are currently working on a solution to show the products again. Although we don't expect this to take too long it's hard to set a clear deadline as we only just started reworking the system. At the meantime we will try to contact Amazon to see if they can temporarely re-enable the older system. If for some reason this situation takes longer than expected we will make sure to provide an alternative way of ordering Amazon rewards to our members. You can continue to earn points as usual and we will make sure to offer a way for members to redeem their points as soon as possible.

The error only affects the way that p2s pulls the information from the amazon database
