Hey there. The difference in cash is you're able to withdraw it to several different methods such as Paypal, Alertpay, or other methods. They might differ in the country you're from though. 
You can see these methods on the
Withdraw Cash Earnings
page, and what the minimum is for each. You do even have the option to convert the cash earnings into points also, but this is non-reversible and you cannot convert points back into cash so keep that in mind before converting your cash.
Points are used to order items from Amazon. The country you're from, you do not have the option to order from the Reward Gallery directly because the shipping costs could not be detected for you. You will have to look through sellers and make sure they will ship to your country, and that you will have enough to cover any extra shipping costs there will be. After you have done that, you can send in a Support Ticket to the administrator team and request your item there - be sure to categorize the ticket under Manual Amazon Order. You could also wager points on games here in tournaments and play, but you would have to actually win the tournament to win points from the game. To earn Cash, make sure you're using Cashle.com platform to complete offers on. Some offers however are points only, so even if you're using Cashle you might still get offers that will payout only in points. Completing offers will also gain you points.
