I hid ALL the download offers bec. most of them are scammish. But now i am desperate for some cash.

Organize the offers by Ignored under the Status drop-down menu. As for externals, there isn't a way to add those back to your list as far as I'm aware. Just wait for them to pop up on your list again on their own.
