Hi, i sent in a support ticket because i accidently broke one of the rules and it wont let me go to basically any of the options under the "spend points" tab. It says support team closed the ticket, does that mean i have to sent in another one? Or do i just wait? I want to purchase an item, but i cant and have been waiting since the 15th. Thank you in advance |

If the ticket was closed, you will not get a reply back from that ticket. You would have to send in another ticket if you expect to get a reply back from the admin team. |
