I BROKE NO RULES AT ALL!! also sent a ticket but they NEVER AWNSERED ME! if they will i think waiting 1 month is TOO LONG!!

No one can fix this issue but an admin through a ticket

Go to the Account tab and then click Points & Cash. Look for any debits there and you will figure out what happened. Yes, that is right you cannot place orders while you have a negative cash balance. You would have to get your cash balance back into the positive again to be able to place orders. Complete offers on Cashle.com platform to find cash offers. Support tickets do not take two weeks to get an answer back. It sounds to me like you're sending in several replies to your open ticket, which would make you wait longer for a reply back from the admin team. When you add a new reply, the timer on the ticket will reset and send it to the end of the waiting list. Make sure you're not doing this.

Trying to order items from an iPod is a huge no-no and would just make you have account issues for ordering things from a different IP address than your main. You cannot order items or request withdrawals from a different connect. Good thing you cancelled your order then, or you would be facing more problems right now. Just try cash offers and you will be able to order items again, simple as that.

You can see exactly why you have negative cash in your Points & Cash balance. Go to the Account tab and then click Points & Cash. Look for any debits there and you will figure out what happened.
