I bought a Virgin mobile card and it said it'll be emailed (the code) and the card will be sent. I got approved and it's being shipped. But I haven't got the code in my email. It's been a few days... Anything I can do to get it. I actually need it before the new months starts!

If you ordered something that should have been emailed from the Reward Gallery, you need to send in a ticket to the admin so you can get your order straightened out. The site would have no idea about your order, since it would be sent to their email from ordering it off Amazon and not yours. Only order emailed items form the Gift Card section since those are sold by Points2shop.

To send in a ticket, go to the Support tab and click on Support Ticket. Click New Ticket from there, and explain about your order problem. They'll get back to you in a few weekdays. Make sure you only reply once and not multiple times, since each reply resets the timer on your ticket and would make you wait longer for a reply.
