SurveyHead being annoying...

It keeps on coming up, and i cant use surveyhead now, this never used to happen before, before i used to get a straight 100 points because it used to take me to a place called opensurveys where it approved each time, this time is different, ive also tried clicking CLICK FOR MORE OPPORTUNITIES, the 10 min ting comes up again

I havent had survey head work for me in awhile and i finally got it 2 work 2day. when that sign up thing comes up i say no. cuz when u do it it doesnt give u the points
