Hey fellow P2S's. I just wanted have a "pow-wow" about an issue that I just encountered. I ordered an HDMI Cable with Adapter for my Xbox360 and today I received an HDMI Cable & a DIGITAL BATTERY CHARGER. Now I am unable to use the HDMI Cable without the adapter. I sent in a "Trouble Ticket" but has anyone ever ran accross this issue before...if so how fast or what kind of process did you have to go through to get this corrected?

Thanks so much guys!

I haven't had this issue before, no. The situation would differ though between members anyway since you're gonna be dealing with a different seller. The admin will help out as much as possible though, and get you what you ordered. :) You'll just have to wait for them to get in touch with the seller and then wait for a response from that seller. It can take a few weekdays to get a reply back from your ticket, so be patient while you wait. Also you don't want to add several different replies to your ticket since this would reset the timer on your ticket and you would be waiting longer for a ticket response.

Good luck with your order.

Yea, when I opened the package...I was like...wait this doesn't look right lol. Now when you mentioned that it was from a "different seller" what do you mean exactly?

I mean there are several different sellers you're gonna be ordering from through P2S, since the items are coming from Amazon merchants and marketplace sellers. ;) So the situation would be different from what another member experienced in the past with getting a refund/exchange on their item. Lol, so that's all I meant by that. :p

Oh I understand ( I think lol) I just didn't know if there was a way to determine who you were purchasing things from or itf there were certain sellers that were the best ones to purchase from. Thanks for all your help and tips btw!

Yes, you can see who you're purchasing your item from on the list of merchants when you're looking through the Reward Gallery. For example, the list of sellers for the Hdmi Cable you ordered. To get to that page, you will see something similar on the product details page for an item:

21 new available from 307.0 points
3 used available from 505.0 points

Click on the "21 new" OR "3 used" to see the full list of sellers. ;) (Not sure if you knew about this or not) lol. Look under the Merchant or Seller column to see the seller offering the specific item, the condition, price, and description. You can read through the descriptions to determine which sounds best to you, and you can also click on the seller's name to view them on Amazon and see their feedback.

You can also see who you've ordered from in the past through here. Go to the Status of Orders under the Account tab and click View Order on your orders. Look under the Merchant Name category to see who you ordered your item from.
