If they ship to your address and your fine with paying the extra shipping charges, then go ahead and place a manual order. Be sure to note that you will pay for extra shipping charges in the order comments. You may also consider adding your address into the comment area of your order. Also you may try and add the cities on the second line of the address some way. Hope this helps
