Canada members and international members (such as where you reside) are not given the $.50 sign up bonus on cashle nor the 250 point bonus on points2shop. This is because there is a lack of advertisers in your area. You can still earn though 
so try completing the offers or tasks here and you can try referring which most members outside UK, US and CA tend to do.
