You would just need to have enough points to cover the cost of the item, including the shipping costs. The country you're from, you're not able to order things from the Reward Gallery since the system couldn't determine the shipping correctly. You would have to send in a Support Ticket and place an order with the category set to Manual Amazon order. Make sure the seller you're wanting to order from ships to your country, and that you have enough to cover any extra shipping. As for you withdrawing cash, you can see the minimum you would need for each method on the Withdraw Cash Earnings page.
